How to request a room:

Click on the blue Room Name below to get more detailed information about each space.

Use the Go To Date button to jump to your desired date.

Select the start time of your reservation by clicking on a green box. The system will assume a one hour reservation. Adjust the reservation end time by using the drop-down box below the calendar.

Your reservation time must include set-up and clean-up time.

Once your desired date and time have been selected click the blue Submit Times button.
